About Christoph

Athlete. Father. Connected. Heart-led. Present.
I’m Christoph – someone who lives intensely, has felt deeply, and transformed greatly. My path hasn’t been straight – but it’s always been real.

In the past, I was full of energy, constantly on the move – especially through sports. I loved pushing my limits, feeling my body, tapping into strength. I lived outwardly – active, driven, focused. But life had other plans. It invited me to look deeper. And to feel.

I became a father at a young age. After three years, the relationship ended – and I had to learn how to let go without losing. That experience changed something deep within me. It was the beginning of a journey inward.

During that time, I learned to become still. To turn to nature. To feel the power of the forest. I learned to sit with uncertainty. To stop judging myself. And to be guided – by something greater.

Today, I know there is a higher intelligence – a loving, sustaining force that is greater than the mind. I call it God – a quiet, loving intelligence beyond the mind. I connect with it in my work, and I trust its guidance.

I don’t see myself as a healer. I see myself as a guide. I support people in uncovering their own blocks and helping their energy flow freely again. I work with the Emotion Code® by Dr. Bradley Nelson – a simple yet powerful method for working with the subconscious and gently releasing emotional tension.

I am guided by intuition and empathy. I’m disciplined, consistent, and at the same time open, compassionate, and non-judgmental. I can hold space for what feels heavy – and see the light within it. I’m deeply fascinated by what we can’t see: quantum physics, energy, inner realms, divine guidance.

My deepest wish is that we, as humans, find our way back – to inner peace, connection, and trust. I truly believe that real transformation is possible when we live from a place of abundance. Not from lack, not from fear – but from the connection to the heart.

    Heart. Flow. Presence.

Three words that guide my path and my work.

Heart stands for authenticity, feeling, and living life in all its intensity. It represents closeness – to myself, to others, to what truly matters.

Flow is the dynamic connection to something greater than ourselves, rooted in the trust that healing happens when we allow space for it.

Presence means arriving in the present moment. Letting go, receiving, allowing – from the abundance that has always been there.

    Heart. Flow. Presence.
Three words that shape the way I live and work.
Not as a concept – but as a practice.

They remind me of what matters: To stay connected. To trust what moves. To show up fully.

For myself. For others. For what’s real.

„I am only the instrument – the power comes from a higher source.“
